Bring Your Loved Ones

You are welcome to bring your partner, spouse, or parents to your consultation. Sessions are intended to provide a comfortable and private setting where you can discuss your questions and receive personalised tarot guidance together.

Location & Atmosphere

LOCATION: MIRA ROAD (E.) AND WESTERN MUMBAI SUBURBS LIKE ANDERI, VILE PARLE For a relaxed and comfortable experience, a peaceful venue with minimal crowds is recommended, such as Café Coffee Day or a similar café. The final meeting location will be mutually agreed upon before the session.

Short coffee breaks may be taken during the consultation. Break time will not be counted as part of your booked session duration, ensuring you receive the full 3 or 5 hours of consultation time.

Booking & Payment Policy

• Advance booking and full payment are mandatory to confirm your consultation.
• Your session will be scheduled only after the booking and payment are confirmed.
• Please book in advance to allow sufficient time for scheduling and venue coordination.

Travel & Refreshment Expenses

Grand Healer Smiitaa will cover her own travel expenses and her own coffee or snack bills. These expenses will not be charged to the client.

Rescheduling Policy

In the event of an emergency affecting the scheduled session, the consultation may be rescheduled for the following day or another mutually convenient date, subject to availability.

Medical Emergency & Refund Policy

If a client experiences a medical emergency after booking and is unable to attend the session, the booking amount will be refunded within 7 days, after deducting only the 2% payment platform fee.

Please notify us as soon as possible if a medical emergency affects your appointment. Rescheduling may also be discussed, depending on the circumstances and mutual availability.
