At our store, every crystal bracelet and healing product is carefully selected, cleansed, and packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
❌ For overseas customers, returns and refunds are not applicable.
We ensure very careful and secure packaging for all international shipments. Our crystal bracelets are handpicked and crafted with high-quality, durable, stretchable elastic thread, making them strong and long-lasting. Therefore, the chances of damage are almost negligible.
As a complimentary bonus, we also include an extra elastic thread and a micro needle with the bracelet so that customers can easily restring it if needed.
IN INDIA
All crystal bracelets and other crystal products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to the spiritual and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds once the item is delivered. But in some cases we will decide.
🔁 Exchange Policy (Only for Damaged Products)
Exchange will be considered only if the product is physically damaged during transit.
To request an exchange, the following conditions must be strictly met:
A full unboxing video (unedited and continuous) must be recorded from the moment you open the sealed parcel.
The damage must be clearly visible in the video.
The complaint must be reported on the same day of delivery.
You must share the unboxing video via Email or WhatsApp.
Without a proper unboxing video, no exchange request will be accepted.
🚫 Used Products
Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
💰 Refund Policy
Refund will be processed only if the same product is not available in stock for replacement.
If replacement stock is available, only exchange will be provided — not refund.
