At Smitaa’s Holistic Life & Aurora Crystals each product is created with intention, positive energy, and personal activation before being delivered to you. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
🔮 Crystal Bracelets (No Return Policy)
All crystal bracelets are personally cleansed, energized, and spiritually activated before dispatch. Due to the nature of energy work and spiritual customization:
Returns are not accepted on crystal bracelets.
We do not offer refunds once the order is delivered.
Each bracelet is handcrafted using high-quality, durable elastic stretchable thread designed for long-lasting wear and strength.
📦 Damaged Product Policy (Bracelets)
If you receive a damaged product:
You must send us a complete unboxing video.
The video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
The video should be clear, continuous, and without any cuts or edits.
Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
After verification, we will review the case and provide a suitable solution (replacement if applicable).
🪨 Big Crystal Products & Clusters
Large crystal items, clusters, raw stones, and décor pieces are non-returnable.
These items are eligible only for exchange in case of damage.
A full, clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any damage claim.
Once verified, we will arrange an exchange for the same product.
❗ Important Notes
Minor variations in color, size, texture, or natural marks are normal in natural crystals and are not considered defects.
Energy-based and spiritually activated products are final sale.
Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
